  My wife and I have been to Temecula's Balloon and Wine Festival three times now and plan on going again in 2018!! The bands are always fantastic and we love trying all of the region's wines. The food vendors are typical bar-type fried foods so if you aren't a fan then I would recommend purchasing the upgraded meal tickets. The food is OUTSTANDING, plus you enjoy a nice shaded area with great presentations from the chef. My favorite is Bluewater Grill! Another plus is that they tend to pour as much wine as you want with these meals.
  
  The festival does tend to fall on hot days for some reason so be prepared for heat with a wide rimmed hat and LOTS OF WATER!!!
